These beautiful unglazed vases are made by hand in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca and pit fired, which results in unique markings where some of the clay is scorched. The lovely, neutral tone of the clay is warm and soft.

These vases are meant for dried flowers only and are not designed to hold water as they are unglazed and water will leak through their porous walls. If you want to put water in these, we recommend using a plate underneath to protect furnishings however, please note that hard water will leave mineral stains on the exterior.
